1968 Browning Belgium Made BAR in .308

I have come into possession of a 1968 model Belgium made Browning BAR .308

This is the last year Browning had the S/N on the barrell rather than the receiver.
S/n : 505XX M8

Gun is in 94-95% condition with no rust, no pitting, noscratches on the stock, etc. Wood and blue are both in Very Good to Excellent condition.

Original open sights are still on the rifle as well as scope bases.

You don't mention what grade it is and I assume Grade I that doesn't command such a price? Is it engraved and or have deluxe wood on it? Could I see some pictures sent to e-mail mikem@tls.net

I will send pics. It is a grade 1 but has exceptional wood. I did quite a bit of research and those in this year model (last year of S/N on barrell) and in this condition are hard to find. The prices I found ran from $800 - $1000 and given the condition of this one, I started it at the higher end.
Will send pics.

Will also consider trrades for .375 H&H, .450 Marlin, or quality optics.
