Default New AR manufacturer

I read in Guns&Ammo that they were going to be talking about a new maker in Minnesota in the next few weeks on TV, does anyone know the name of the company.

it would be interesting to see if they are going to actually manufacture the parts or just assemble them with their name on like most of the other companies do.
