Money talks brother, he's out spending McCain 3 to 1 and McCain's campaign is a train wreck. This is the best guy we could come up with? I'm a Republican and I don't really get a warm fussy over this dude, how do we expect a Dem or a Independent to vote for him.

I suspect they may not be as quick to go for some type of gun ban as lib activists would like. If they remember the blood bath of '94 when the Assault Weapon Ban cost them control of Congress, it could slow them down a bit.

The RNC has started spendingtheirmoney onGOP senators in tight races and leaving McCain to fend for himself. I agree with Clem321. Even though the DNC has the assault weapon ban in their official platform, I think they will be slow to actually pursue it.

Regardless of the outcome of the elections the prices and availbilty of arms and ammo is going up and will get harder to find, I bought mine last week and now looking for ammo.
