shoots decent groups for an old assault rifle. about 3" at 100yds... I'm gonna upgrade to trijicon night sight irons. I decided I dont want to put a RDS on it, I need tobetter iron sight shooting skills and this gun is perfect for that

Looks pretty nice. Those groups aren't bad out of an AK.

What did the conversion cost you?

it's not a conversion kit or anything. I just bought several different parts from various websites to make the style of AK I was going for. I have noticed most of the AK people tend to replicate a certain model or whatnot. I have a serious AR15 addiction so I basicly wanted to make this AK more like an AR. 'Modernized it'

UTG quadrail - 65
Bobro VFG - 90
Flash Hider - 15
MagPul Rail Covers - 40
Composite Stock - 50
Tapco G2 Trigger - 40
ProMag - 15
pistol grip - 20
polished the bolt carrier group - free
I think she paid somehwre around 350 for the gun.

So I don't have much into it. It definately looks like a more costly weapon than it is

Things to come:
Trijicon Night Sight setFront and Rear - $280
Magpul UBR mated to Adaptor - $290
or I might go with the Vltor Stock Tube for 90 and run a magpul CTR for another 100...
