Default AR-10

I was thinking of saving up to get an AR-10, and was wondering if its worth it or not, and was wondering what y' all thought, thanks

I like them. Don' t own one, shot several and wish I could afford one, maybe one day If your looking for a super accurate military style 7.62 though I would get a M1A instead. If your looking for an AR based 7.62 that is plenty accurate for deer hunting then go for it!!!! The AR' s are fun to shoot and make a nice deer gun their just not as accurate as the M1A from my experience.

All the reports I have read on the AR-10T say an average of sub 1/2" is easily obtainable! m1' s do better than that?

well since he didn' t ask about the " T" and I didn' t mention the " T" and since I' ve never shot the " T" and only the regular AR-10 I don' t know [8D]

The AR-10' s that I shot were not as accurate as the M1A' s I have shot. Just my opion and they were getting about 2" at 100 yards (ar-10' s) that is.
