I have tried every oil out there and I find that Break Free ,Tetra and Easox are the very best of the bunch. Remoil is a lot of hype .

A buddy of mine swears by Rem-oil I think it is, because he doesn' t have to switch between a cleaning soln and oil. I' ve never used any of their single function stuff, but their combo stuff bothers me, it' s kinda like a master of all is a master of none, if they are capable of cleaning and lubricating, then they can' t do both of them extremely well at the same time. Plus, I have some older guns that can not be used with nitro' s of any kind, basically the only thing that can be used on them is soap and water and gun oil, otherwise the blueing gets eaten off (thank God I tested the nitro on under the stocks before trying it elsewhere!!) I can' t use Rem-oil on them because it takes the blue off in time.

Quilly, I used the dri-lube this fall and liked it. Being we can have some nasty weather I like to keep my actions lubed, I also have a thing about gunoil getting on by gloves and clothes...smell and all. Main reason I tried dri-lube. For me it works just fine and good fit.

I have used rem oil at times for simply cleaning/protecting the stock and barrel. In the barrel I used Shooter Choice, Sweets type solvent.
