Hey guys, some of you may remember me asking about refinishing a rifle stock this spring. After taking everyone's advice in consideration and discussing it with my father, we decided to give it a shot. Well, I just reassembled it so here it is.
First here's a pic of what it did look like, the Girlfriend shooting my Argentine at the local gravel pit
Now here is the rifle refinished. I was really trying to keep it classic looking. We left a lot of the scratches and other imperfections and all that really does give the gun quite a bit of character. Pictures really don't the stock justice as it looks much much better than before refinishing.
