Default Hele me find info on this gun please!

My father in law has a single shot .410 and I'm trying to find some info on it. He says he's had it roughly 30 years. It is a single shot, break open style. On one side it says Eagle Arms NY, NY. ON the other side it has a "crest" or a "sheild" that says "JLG Arms Ammunition"
It also has the name of a city followed by made in Italy on the side the other side. Above the serial number is the word Companion is stamped.

It's a damn nice shotgun, with a stainless receiver and a blue barrel and it's shoots like nobody's business. Which is why I'm asking, I'd like to have another one or two if I can figure out who made it and if there's even another one out there!

If this doesn't ring a bell to anyone, I'll try to get a pic on here in a day or two.

Thanks!
