Default Guess what I just found??

Went down to the gunshop a bit ago to pick up some 10mm bullets I had ordered. As I was waiting til he finished putting a scope on a guy's rifle, I was looking at the gun boxes with guns he just got in the mail. I noticed a short Remington box and the label said SPR22 .45-70!!!! I said, did you get a 45-70 double rifle in and he replied "just took it out of the box 1/2 hour ago - its yours if you want it. WELL DUH!!! And the price was right. He told me he called Remington and asked if they were going to ship and and they said that they doubted it. He didn't tell them he had one in his hands. They must really bea hot item.

Yes SPR22 - They have been out in 30-06 for a while now but very hard to find in 45-70.

I was thinking about picking up an SPR94 in .223/12 gauge.

The problem is, I think they got it all wrong in that size. The .22/.410 version has the rifle barrel on top and the shotgun barrel on the bottom. The thumb switch selects which barrel you want to fire.

The .223/12 gauge version has the shotgun barrel on top and the rifle barrel on bottom, and double triggers (yuck!).
