Buffalo Bore 44mag 340gr +P+ Load

Has anyone tried the Buffalo Bore 340gr +P+ 44mag load? What gun did you try it in and what did you think? Im thinking about trying it in my Ruger Super Blackhawk 7-1/2" barrel 44mag. Would it be safe to try it in this gun? I just want to shoot a few cylinders full to see where it hits then just keepa cylinderfull for when im up in the mountains. Then I would just shootregular loads when im just screwing around. So would it be safe to try these?
