Default Model 7....

Ive been in search of a rifle for my dad...i think i finally found one just wondering about the price. Found a model 7 remington used. Synthetic stock, stainless barrel with scope mounts for $499.00...Good price???

I'd not consider it a bad deal if it's all in good condition.......

Depending on cal., you never said what that was , and none of these are youth guns.

I have owned a model 7 for about 16 years in 7mm-08 and I probably like it and use it more than any other gun I have...

Cabela's has a brand new one on sale for $599. So I would say $499 is a bit high. Tom.

Unless he a a ratrher small persdon. model 7 is the youth model. . . .I have one love to shoot it but just know it is not full size. Bought a .260 for my boys as their first White tail gun.

The remington model seven comes in two models ..... standard and youth. The youth is, ibelieve, one inch shorter in the stock and has the 18 inch barrel instead of a 20.
