Why buy a nice rifle and put a cheap scope on it????

Why buy a WSM over the standard .243???

I dont thinka Bushnell is cheap nor the Alpen I have Khales and Zeiss on my custom guns but am keeping this at a reasonable price so if airlines lose it Iam not out a big bunch of money, wssm over 243 better accuracy and a little more speed from factory rounds, getting .345 groups on my wood stocked 243wssm and a straight 4 power Kahles but want a little more power if needed for goats

Trade it for a 270.. Then go with the 3200.

I'd also look at a different cartridge. 1st time you head off on a hunt and forget your box of .243wssm ammo at the house you're NOT likely gonna find it at the shops. heck unless there's others with it in your area it's gonna be a rather difficult chambering to find amo for and even then there isn't a lot of choices in it's selection. I guess if you're to be reloading it, maybe but I'd definately still look at a different chambering. On the other hand, if you already have one...commonality can be two-fold. Good in keeping like chamberings but bad for the same reason (mix-ups).

The original question was about scope choices not cartridges! So, to get back on track, I'd go with the Bushnell!
....... Since someone didmentioned cartridges, I don't have any use for the WSSM's!
I don't think that they will be around long! High dollar ammo and no great gain in ballistics, I think I hear the faint sound of Taps playingin the distance!

Thanks guys, I think the wsm and wssm will be around my 300 is a tackdriver and out of a 24" bar, I got a 243 for me and my wife to shoot goats with and Iam already starting to reload the 243 wssm and 200fps is quiet a bit, ofcourse the 243 hornady mag round equals that but not everyone carries that round.
Bushnell it is:-)
