For your gun addiction I have for trade OR sale a
Marlin 1894 in 44 mag/special.
The gun has the full length mag and a 20" barrel.The gun is a pre saftey model with the straight stock.I belive I was told it was made in 1974.The gun would rate a easy 90%+ with few marks here and there.
I bought this off another forum a few months back,I had two of these wich I was going to make a pair into saddle/pack carbines.
Well I ran out of intrest and time so I already sold one and have this one up now.
The other one wasn't in as good condition as this one.I did how ever find out a week ago that the side loading gate is wore on this gun and can cause the first round out of the mag to jam.All it takes is a few shakes of the gun and it clears and works perfectly fine.
I have shot this gun a total of 8 rounds of Hornady Leverultion and it is very accurate and quite fun to shoot.This would make a perfect 100 to 150 yrd deer/varmit/pick-up gun.It's short,handy and pretty.
The previous owner said it worked fine with the ammo he used,so maybe the gun dose not like hornady brass.
I'm asking 435.00 anywhere in the 49 states(sorry california but I don't ship there)to the propper FFL.
Like I said I'm looking for trades also( a good kids rifle, a new me rifle,bows,spotting scopes,rifle scopes,ex-wives,bad dogs,fainting goats,kitchen sinks,just let me know what you have.)
