I'd go with either a Remington 870 or the Browning BPS...

Pump = Rem 870

Semi-Auto = Bennelli Super Black Eagle

Can't go wrong with a Beretta or Benelli. Mine have been bulletproof even after high volume shooting in Argentina.

duck I'd almost say get a 20ga?

but ya I'd say rem870 if pump, I like 1187's too, but a benelli or beretta semi auto are great too.

For the money, I don't think you can do better than the Winchester SX-3.

I won't go duck hunting without a semi. I have used 870's, BPS's, 1187's, golds, SBE-II and auto-5's over the years. And all worked great, but I prefer the golds. The quick load feature is nice for duck. I have took out several people that took a pump and when things are hot, they definatley find out why I like the semi best. I usually see em buy a semi after that.

My friend is waiting on a x-3...apparently there is some delay in manufacturing or getting them down to folks here in Florida.
