Default M1 Garand parts

I picked up some guns from my wife's uncle's estate. Found these in a box in the closet. He hadn't had any M1s for years. I don't know alot about them but was able to search online and I thik I've identified the rods as operating rods. Also the trigger assemblys, one has a WMR after the part numbers which I believe is Winchester made. The others have a SA after the numbers which I believe are Springfield Armory made. Any ideas and what they are worth? Thanks
