Probably a 96 mauser with 29" barrel. As you state it was made in 1913 and came from the Carl Gustafs factory in Sweden.Do a search and it is easy to find out when production began on the 96 and when it ceased.A carbine version was made for ease of use called the 38.Husqvarna also made Swedish military rifles and some early ones were German [Orberdorff] Top quality piece. With 160 gr bullets on game you will never recover a slug even on moose as they are super penetrators...........................I have two...............Harold

There is a ton of info on Swedish Mausers. Just Google "carl gustafs stads gevarsfaktori" ...your rifle was made in Germany in 1913.
I have had several Model 96 Swedes and all shot excellent. Back in the day you could buy them at gun shows for less than $100. It is whats called a small ring Mauser and if you intend to handload for it...keep loads at a moderate level. Small ring Mausers cannot handle the same pressure levels as the large ring Mausers.
Unlike most other bolt rifles, Swedes "cock on closing" as opposed to "cock on opening".
