Default I picked a scope

Well I finally picked out a scope for my new Rem 700 Mountain rifle LSS. Thanks to all of you for your help and advice.
I deceided on a Leupold Vari-XIII 2.5-8 X 36 in Silver with Leupold two piece dual dove tail Stainless mounts. I should receive the scope and mounts today.
When my Wife saw that new rifle she said I had to spend the money and put a scope on it that I would be proud of. She said it would be worth the extra money aslong as I stopped Checking out every scope Dealer in the world on the computer.

Thanks Again

Rook, nice choise. When you are older than dirt and about to push daisies, it will be a gun you will be proud to give your Grandson/daughter. I need say nothing else.
