i dont have it but i can get it 300 short action ultra mag syn. camo stock stainless they are asking $529.00 findersfee $50.00 TX $41.00 shipping $19.00 + anything else you require.....email me only for info winjimmy22@aim.com this rifle is like new ,, i seen it worked the action, just a quick look. something id like to have but not for me......

The gun is evident not his but he whats a commision for selling it. People will do anything to get some money in their pockets.

IF yourNOT interested, thats fine.Maybe somebody elseis looking for an item like this.for one thing, youdont see thesejust everywhereand thought i could put it out there.If youwant it,you cango andbuy it!!!!!!I dont care one way or another. email me and i will tell you were it is.its that simple. these items are notavailable to everyone.interested poeplejust dont live in the same neighborhood to pickit up, even if i said where it was, they would not know where to go and no way to get it.So.Itsyours, be my guest!...im just charging a small servicefee. i gotta go get it. then i gotta make/buy a box,pack it,wrap it.then i gottaship it. that is the service.. i dont see anyone else telling you where to buy one. take it from there......LATER

Thank God for people like winjimmy. if it weren't for finders like him I might not ever shoot. I wonder if he's licensed as an FFL to buy and sell. Otherwise he becomes a straw buyer in violation of Federal fire arms regs.

Are you an FFL? If not you should not openly buy for resale any guns. That makes you a straw buyer and is a violation of gun laws and a federal offense. For your own reference, please look into it if your not a Federal Firearms Licensee.

I believe he is only pointing you in the direction of said rifle that does not make him a "STRAW" buyer. If he were to purchase the rifle and then sell the rifle to you it would be thru a licensed FFL dealer who would do the background check. The Straw buyer rule is for people that buy a rifle go thru a background check and then hand the gun over to someone that would not pass or do a background check. Get your facts straight.
