Price of a model 94 in 30/30?

Hey guys, have a non hunting uncle who is selling a wincheser model 9430/30 in new condition, the serial number says it was made in 1969. Any idea what it is worth? He doesn't know how much to ask for it so I wanted to get an idea what the worth would be?

In the condition you describe, I see them selling locally for $275-$300 for the post-64 guns.
