Default What handgun features would you want for big game?

I'm asking about features . . . not brands or anything.
For deer, elk, bear, carabou, etc.
But for instance, what length barrel?
SS or blued?
Which caliber?
Trigger pull?
Which scope?
Grip?
Any other features?

Price wouldn't be primary in the end decission, but it would be nice to find a bargain/affordable. (Not made of money)

Kind of a poll I guess.

for hunting or backup?

in either case, i'd want a blued barrel, if SS dark...in color, camoflauge the gun better.

not too short of a barrel in either, but for hunting prob longer than in defense.

I think a .44mag, or .480 ruger would be 2 great rounds for both jobs.

I assume we are talking about revolvers and not TC encores>

For deer, elk, bear, carabou, etc.
But for instance, what length barrel?
7-10"
SS or blued?
Either
Which caliber?
Start at 44 mag. Would prefer 454Casull or475 Linebaugh.
Trigger pull?
2-3 pounds
Which scope?
Variable extended eye relief 2-7 power.
Grip?
Pachmayr or hogue

Any other features?
Trigger job, action job, integrated scope rail.

A good trigger 3-5 lbs single action

Good sights for me I'd like an adj. rear and a graduated front

A solid revolver in a mat satin or brushed finish

Hoge or pachmars

454 maybe 460 S&W

And last not least in bear country double action
