Whats more important to you? Longevity and finish(browning) with 1" - 11/4" groups(mine anyway), or flat out accuracy with some shortcuts(tikka, dont have one, but all accounts I've heard are crazy accurate).
The scope probably makes more difference than the rifle for any practical reason.

FYI, I just (I mean just, like an hour ago or so)spent time behind a browning abolthunter IIchambered in a 325wsm, shooting 200gr handloads. Recoil wise it was more then 300 wsm, IMO comparable to a 338wm.
If they all fit like a glove then it it's a matter of which one you like better in looks/features. Both have solid followings and IME both have shown they can be made to shoot. Something to consider is once you add scope, rings and cartridges you'll easily add over 1lb to the rifle. It may help narrow the list if you have a couple that bare are on the edgeof comfort level off hand.

You have narrowed it down between two great rifles. I have read some reports that the WSM chamberings are a little slower out of the Tikka rifles. Whether this is true or not, I don't know. I had a 270 WSM but the cost of factory ammo was one reason I decided to sell it. You may want to keep this in mind before you buy the WSM if you are not a reloader.

It is true of any cartridge chambered in a Tikka , they tend to have slow barrels.
