Default By pod for AR's

I want to put a by pod on my AR 15... Can somebody recomend one???

I have one of those spring loaded ones, but mine is not a long range gun. If I was using one for long range shooting I would have one that fits a rail system for fast on and off. Midway USA has a lot of stuff for AR's.
