Default Tradition by Fausti O/U

My buddy recently bought a Traditions by Fausti Over/Under 12 ga. 2 3/4" at an auction that was in near mint condition.

Being unfamiliar with these guns, what do they retail for and how's the quality??? After I get an idea of an average retail valueI will let you know if he got a good deal or not!!!

Walmart sells guns?
Mine does, and it's many of the same guns i see at Cabella's and G Mountain, only Wally sells them cheaper.

Guns they have, sales people and service they don't.

There are 5 super walmarts within 1/2 hour drive of my home. Only one sells guns and his prices are right in line with Gander mountain and their sales people know less then GM people know. The little guy right around the corner from my house sells 10,000 guns a year and he has been in his hole in the wall shop 3 years. He survived selling guns for less then Walmart ever did when they sold guns at their super center 1/2 mile from my house.

As I recall I answered your question and I when Walmart sold shotguns I don't ever recall them selling a Fausti. They sold Ruger o/u and Mossberg Silver Reserves.

I bought one from Walmart a few years ago and paid less than $500. It shot great, as I could consistantly get my limit of 15 doves on less than a box of shells. The fit and finish seemed very good for a O/U in that price range.

Edit to add:

I also put a Morgan adjustable butt pad on it for a better fit.
