Default Moss. 20 guage trigger pull.........

Is there anyway I can adjust the trigger pull on it? It's my sons, and he is having a hard time pulling the trigger, I don't have a problem with it, but I was watching him pull the trigger the other day, and he really does seem to have problems, might be his small fingers, I don't know, I just thought if I could lessen the pull alittle, it would help him with his shot. thanks. Scott.

It's relitively easy to lighten the pull on a mossberg by polishing the hammer CAREFULLY for slightly less engagement. However-DON'T change the angle and just go a little at a time, try it,repeat until the pull weight is where you (and him) can live with it. Remember-it's also awful easy to go too far and make hammer inoperable or unsafe.

Most gunsmiths won't fool with it. It can very easily make the gun unsafe. Slam fires and what not.
