Want to start reloading for my sons Remington Youth Model 7 in 7-08
Any one have a favorite accurate load for white tails, they would be willing to share??
My 7mm-08 wasn't very particular on what you fed it, it shot everything very well.
I worked up a load using 140gr Nosler BTs, and one using 120gr Barnes TSXs, both shot very well. I can't recall the powder off the top of my head, all my reloading stuff is at my grandma's in her basement.
Ahhh what was it.... I found a very accurate load with IMR 3031 and Hornady 162gr soft points. I'm on the road with work and when I make it back to the homestead I'll post up or send you a PM claydee with a bunch that have worked well for me.

Pretty close to what bigcountry said...48.0 gr. IMR 4350, 140 gr. Accubonds, 210M primer. Very nice, repeatable load in my gun. Great accuracy. 2800 fps.
