Default Stock Bedding

I received a new Hogue overmolded pillar bedded stock for Xmas. I would like to know if there are any special requirements is bedding this stock since the skeleton is injection molded plastic?

There is nothing that says you can't glass bed a stock with pillars or one with metal bedding. It can only make it a more secure tighter fit.

You can go different ways as far as bedding it. You can trim the plastic CAREFULLY to ensure it's bedded on the pillars/recoil lugand barrel is freefloated. You can aslo(what I do)bed action with aluminum or steel bedding in addition to the pillars to ensure the strain on the plastic holding the pillars never "shoots loose".

If you decide to glass bed it; remember this well...... you can never use enough release agent.... but you can certainly not use enough. Trust me.
