It was a difficult choice, as I have so many I love...but at the end of the day, probably my Remington 700 BDL LH in .270...it was a very close call between this rifle and my old Savage 99 in .308 and my Tikka T-3 Stainless Lite in 270 WSM...and and the Browning A-Bold in 25 WSSM...oh wait....oh I give up and hope I never have to cross this bridge! Final answer...1 rifle? The Remington 700 in .270 Win it is.

My favorite gun was a winchester 1300...it would kill a duck just as good as it would kill a deer...it always threw 1 or two buckshot in the center of the target...got it bartering for work...old beat up gun but took a lot of game with it...
