Default remington 700 vtr

is there anything new reviews for the 700 vtr in a 308. good or bad

Haven't heard anything about the 308, but shooting times just did they're review of the vtr in 223 and it was getting sub-moa with about three kinds of factory ammo.

I think it is a great looking rifle.
If Rem would put that barrel on the XR-100 I would buy one.

i bought one it is a great shooting gun. nice trigger. dead on the money. i love it.

iam new to this, but been shooting for about 15 years, got a new vtr in 223,took it in the desert (az ) fired fed 69 gr match, & 55 gr american eagle, the vtr did not like the 69 gr match, but loved 55gr a/e, the stock is not worth a crap, so i got a bell & carlson stock for my rem ltr 308, took stock from my ltr and put it on the vtr with a little work around the saftey, just a little filing, took it back shooting, what a BIG inprovment. scope is a nikon 5.5x16.5x44, this is a great rifle.
