Remington 700 VTR... Let me know what you think about this. I haven't heard anything about it before.

looks kinda like the XCR stock....overmolded grips, which I think makes the xcr look horible and would never own one, I don;t care how great it is. there's beautiful rifles/stocks, then theres alot of cheap syntethic, we really need to incorporate the 2. I'm sure it shoots great etc.....but that stock? to me its obvious "dont buy" but maybe you like it. ask about the free bowl of soup with it.

What about that triangular barrel contour? I kind of think it's ugly, but if it shoots well, I bet it would be a great conversation piece at the hunting camp.

I'm the kinda guy that likes to go against the grain a bit, and I personally prefer a weapon that is comfortable and shoots well, I think i'd give it a shot, I personally don't care if its got a nice pretty wood stock. Althought I do appreciate any fine fire arm.

Looks kinda cool. No cookie-cutter design there. If it shoots well I'd say it's a keeper.
