Accurized .22 RF pistol w/target scope?

I am looking to build a .22 rimfire target pistol capable of MOA at 100yds from a bench vice.

I own a Ruger Mk1, and I wonder if this action/trigger group would be worthwhile converting with a target barrel, etc? And if so, does anyone have "accurate" aftermarket barrel suggestions.
