Default Remington 700 "Guide" from Cabelas

I just came across this gun at my local Cabelas. It was well hidden but it caught my eye. It came in 7mm08, .260, and .308. Blued with lightweight stock. The guy at the counter didnt know much about it but he said that it was a HS Precision stock made for the 2006 season. It had a blind magazine, the bolt was jeweled, and it had a very slim barrel. Does anyone know about this rifle?

On Remingtons site, they mention a special run for Gander Mtn in stainless, but it does not appear to have the jeweled bolt.

Model700 with the B&C stock, lightweight 22" barrel, weighs around 5lbs 13oz.
I bought a 7mm-08 but have not taken it to the range yet.
