That depends on what you are trading. I've owned 2 rossi's, a 22 pump rifle and a 357 revolver. Both were ok at best quality wise. Accuracy sucked with each one. The high powers are very hit or miss, if you get one thats a shooter, hang on to it because thats a rarity.
My dad has a Rossi 223. The scope bases suck but i put some good glue on them and they work fine now. Other then that its a great gun for $95. It shoots 1.25in at 100 yards using the cheapest soft point ammo he can get.
