N.I.B. Mec progessive Shotshell Reloader (12ga.)

I have a N.I.B. Mec 650 progessive Shotshell Reloader (12ga.) comes with 1-1/8 oz. charge bar and #29, # 30, #32 powder bushings.
I also have the N.I.B. Steel & Large Size Lead Shot Realoader kit that's compatable with this reloader..

Trades for nice rifle scopes and binocs considered.Willadd cash with reloader if needed for trades on rifles, shotguns and pistols..

What finish does this scope have (Matte, Gloss, or stainless)? Does it have the duplex or heavy duplex reticle? Does it come with the box and paperwork?
