Default I had forgotten how much fun...

I had truly forgotten how much fun shooting a .22 could be,recently I had purchased a Savage Mark 2 from Wal-Mart and had kinda put it in a corner and left it be.Well today being bored I grabbed it and went out to my shooting area with a bunch of ammo and had an absolute blast doing nothing but plinking I bet I burned 300 rds. thru it and truly enjoyed myself.I can't imagine how I'd forgotten how much fun it is to do that, anyone elserediscovered the joys of rimfire plinking or am I the only dumba$$ who has rediscovered it?
