Default 22lr M16

I been looking in the centerfire systems. catalog and seen a 22lr m16 for $159.99. has anyone handle or seen one, what do you think?

I am in the market for another plinker. I don't have the money and not going to have the money for AR.

the fix stock is sold out, I was going to see if one of my local gun shops could find me one.

I'd get a 10/22. Why take a chance on something like that?

I have a 96/22, I am strange like that, but the 10/22 is one of my option, there is enough costomized stuff out there to get it to look like that or come close

Kid at work has one of these (fixed stock). It looksmuch more impressive here than it does up close (think "cheap"). And, when you handle it, it's nothing like an AR. He's had some issues with it, but I'm not sure just what.
