Premium 22cal. Single shot

I just inherited an old rifle this last month. The only thing it say on the barrel is Premium Firearms. No serial number or anything. Gun is in awesome condition. I have not been able to find anything out about this gun. Thought maybe someone could help.

We havta have pics so we can see exactly the make/model/brand. It's likely that premium is a store brand or other model.
