I have a Marlin, 10/22 and CZ. Every gun is different, but I wouldn't trade my CZ for anything. My 10/22 seems to lose some accuracy when the barrell gets hot, but my CZ really doesn't.
CZ, in a landslide, for me.

I like my Savage MkII. I did have some feeding issues in the past, but switching ammo and keeping it oiled more in the action helped a bunch. It's very accurate, shoots dime-sized groups at 50yds, and consistently under 1" at 100 yards with cheap bulk Federals. Mine is the plain version (no bull barrel) and cost me $100 at wal-mart. I could go for a CZ or Marlin bolt rifle, or a 10/22 or Savage 64 for a semi-auto.

I have a Ruger 10/22 and a Savage 93R (which is essentially a Mark II in .17HMR). I used to own a Remington 597.
Out of the box, the Savage is the most accurate, hands down.
A 10/22 can be made more accurate, or you can purschase the K 10/22 T. Either way, you will be spending more money than the Savage.
