Default New stock on a .270 BDL

Over the years, the original wood stock on my .270 has taken some abuse. I've decide I want to put a new stock on it and would like your opinions. The stock has never fit me correctly anyway, so this should have probablybeen donelong ago.

How much should I expect to pay for someone to restock my rifle? Any recommendations on gun stock brands?

On the lowend a few hundred on the high end a few thousands . Only you can determine how much you want to spend. IS the stock you currently have 2 long or 2 short?
