Default small circular rust spot on bolt on Remington 700

I love my 700. It's a .270 caliber ADL with Laminate stock. I clean it more than I should probably. I wipe it down with Reminginton oil.
I just noticed over the weekend that I have a small 3mm circle of un-rusty looking rust. It hurts me to see this. What can I do. Is there something that I can buy to buff it out and then treat it with? Please help me.

And oil the wool, you might try oily cloth pressed hard. Don't press hard on steel wool.

do this and get some new bluing. You could have it packerized or something like that, but that can be expensive. just clean the spot and re-blue it with one of those sharpie looking blue pens. Then wipe it down with a rust inhibitor. "Inhibitor" is awesome ans you shouldn't see any more rust. Also don't store it in a case, or under an open window. I like to keep mine in a closet with some desiccant stuff to absorb moisture. Just some tips. Rem-Oil is great as an internal lubricant, but try the inhibitor stuff for external rust preventative.
