Project is underway!!!!

I sent my deposit off to Karl at Kampfeld Customs, ( http://www.kampfeldcustom.com ) today to start on my new rifle project. Here are the specs:

.243 Ackley Improved

-700 Stainless Short Action
-Ti bolt fluting
-Bolt knob- Campfire knurled
-Christensen style bolt holes
-Broughton barrel-5C rifling-#5 contour,1/8 twist
-Spiral Fluting on barrel
-Fitting,chambering etc..
-Action truing
-Snake Skin bead blasting treatment on barrel
-Kampfeld recoil lug

Ooooooooh, I hate you for posting this!!! (Just kidding)

Just when I have my mind set on finding a nice simple rifle chambered in 7mm Ultra, here you come and post this. You're obviously trying to send me either to ICU from cardiac arrest or to the poor house. These are some sweet looking rifles. If they shoot as good as they look then you can't go wrong with anyting you get from them.

My hats off to you on this one.
