PLEASE HELP

My Mother is wanting to send my step-dads shotgun to me. She lives in Hazelhurst, Wisconsin I live in Lubbock, Texas. My question is how can she legally ship it to me?They are wanting to get it in the mail asap as quail season starts very soon here for me (reason for shipping).

find a FFL licence holder, usually a gunsmith or gundealer. Get a copy of his FFL in blue ink signed. Send this FFL to your Mother. Have her find a FFL licence holder, and they will ship the gun. If your FFL licence holder will let you, she can ship it directly to him but technically its supposed to go to a shop for repair, or be transferred between FFL licence holders, but UPS is the only one that would cooperate and they demand it be shipped overnight. Its just easier for me to ship it thru my gunsmith.
