best 870 SIGHT REPLACEMENT?

i have a bead sight on my 870 express and thought i would be nice to replace, or cover it up with a fiber optic one.
Does anyone else replace thier beads? I was looking at the tru-glo wing stopper because you can only see it when you are aligned... maybe this would make me worry more than i have to.. what do you think?

I have a Tru Glo Gobbler stopper I think it is called on my 870.
