Mossberg ATR .308

Is this rifle any good? A gentleman on gunbroker.com is selling a new or slightly used Mossberg ATR .308 for $194 plus what a gun store would charge to ship it to them but shipping is free. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

From those that I have talked w/ that have the ATR's, they love them. I don't know anybody with a .308 though. Me personally, for $194 - I'd get it.

i got one in 30-06. there were some problems with the trigers in the first models. the second models were fixed and I have not heard of any problems with the current design. check which model year it was before buying. they claimed there was nothing that could be done about the bad triggers in the originals.

mine is fine though.
