Default problems with SX2

has anyone had problems with their SX2? The gun shop i work at, people are having hte operating handle (bolt handle) break. We had to order extra handles from winchester to have them to give out. we have also had a few that ended up having the choke tube seize in the barrel.

They have been our best sellers the past year and thought to be real work horses...till now.

I never have been a fan of winchester due to their quality in all makes of their shotguns.

OUTDOORSMAN,
The break of the charging handle is do to bad casting, the choke tube however can be cured by an add on sale of choke tube lube or any quality gun grease then spareingly apply to threads of the tube thus stopping any future problems.

I understand that all guns will run into the problem of choke tube lock-up. most like cause is from bringing the gun from the cold outside to the warm inside causing condensation to form on the metal parts thus inbetween the tube and barrel promoting rust.

bad casting on the bolt handle, where did you get this info. Win. sent us replacement handles, but naturally they will not fit in the blot, they sent the wrong handles.
