Default sporterized mauser(picture)

This is the latest mauser that my stepdad has built.


As you can see,he modifies a few things.[8D]



Wish I had thought to take a picture of the 3 shot group he mad at 100 yards,he could cover all 3 shots with a nickel.

It is chambered in .280.

Man that is cool, my cousin has a sportarized 8mm mauser he keeps here at my house in the cabinet but nothing like that. Where did he get that stock?

I just aquired another Mauser.Does any one know a ball park figure for building one ? Nothing to fancy.Good barrel decent stock.Caliber ? Open to suggestions .Probally something small and smoking....LOL
