Boresighter for 17 cal to 12 gauge - which one?

Could you guys make a recommendation on what boresighter to get. I have a 17, 22, 30-06 caliber rifles and a 12 gauge rifled slug gun. Lower the price the better.

I too have bores that range from .17 to 12 gauge. I was thinking of getting the $40 laser bore-sighter that Wal-Mart has, but I don't know how good it is...

Any experiences with boresighters? How about from 22 cal to 12 gauge?

The better boresighters are optical. You can get laser boresighters to work but I highly reccomend the interchangable pilot optical boresighters to a LOT better and more precise job. The main thing to remember is that boresighters are designed to get you on paper-NOT sighting in exactly.
They also don't take into account bedding,barrel vibration,or weight of bullet used. Whatever you choose-be sure and follow up to sight it in by shooting it to be exactly where you want it.

Thanks all. I ended up with a BSA that covers all cals and gauges.
