sell old shotgun

I am thinking about selling any old single shot marlin 12 ga. when I bought it I was told to keep all the paperwork that was 10 years ago and needless to say I lost it. Anyone know what I can do?

don't worry about it i have never bought a old gun liek that and much cared. now if it was a 100 years old. i do not think it will hurt you selling the gun what do you wont for it i am looking for a cheap shotgun

I was going to a gun show in that was area to see what they will give me for it. But it is 100 out side and no a/c in my truck. Before I see I won't to make sure it it still fire alright. Last time I fired it, at 25 yrds it had a pritty tight pattern with #8 shot. little more info You can not fire mag loads out of it or as far as I know change the choke.
