Savage 110, Trigger Pull...

Does anyone know if the trigger pull on a Savage 110, 22-250 can be ajusted. If so, how or where...

Yes it can.....I've done it.....but won't do it for hire for anyone. Find a competent "smith" and ask if there is a replacement (Timney type) replacement. There's a wire spring that can be bent or replaced to adjust the trigger.....

People save a few bucks on a Savage and then have to mess with the trigger, the safety, and then the feeding..... Ive seen new rifles from Savare with 11 pound triggers!!!!!.....but they shoot real accurate!!!!!

Savage is now making an adjustable trigger on their heavy barreled rifles they adjust from 1.5 to 6 lbs with a small tool to adjust them with im going to get one as soone as their available

a new trigger can be had for $55 - $65 depending on which brand you want. I know that Natchez Shooting Supply has them....

I had a local smith adjust one for me. He had it down to 20oz. and the safety functioned properly. I don't know how he done it, but it worked fine. The best option for the DIYer is to purchase the Rifle Basix trigger. It's the easiest one to install and they work flawlessly. Stay away from the Timney, it's a POS. Rifle Basix makes three different models for the Savage. One adjusts from 2-8oz., 8 - 24oz., and 24oz. and up.
Like someone pointed out Natchez sells the Rifle Basix triggers.

They aren't the best triggers in the world, but you can smooth them up a bit. I've gotten them down to a safe 2 1/2 to 3 pound range with little creep fairly easy. Here's a few sites that discuss improving the trigger.

Maybe I got lucky.
The trigger pull on the 111 I bought last week seems pretty good to me. Now if I didn't hurt the rifle by falling out of a tree with it yesterday, then I should be set.
