Default cva 26" vs t/c 28"

in a 300 win mag is the cva optima elite26" barrel going to give up much in velocity and overall ballistic performance to the t/c prohunter 28" barrel?

Probably around 60fps, so no, in velocity/ballistics you won't be giving much up. In gun quality...well...
