I've got a savage 111 with the adjustable break and it works great. Kills the recoil by about 50%. Something sounds a little off with yours. What caliber are you shooting?

MAN,GROW UP
Actually I thought that it was a very original way to address a problem. Many time folks type in cap locks and it is a bit hard to read.

To your question.... I think those muzzle breaks are complete junk. Had one on a 338 and it was worthless. Muzzle velocity suffered, accuracy suffered, and it was loud as heck. I pulled the barrel off and replaced with a Douglas 24".

First off, all caps signifies shouting and is considered rude.

Secondly, it is difficult to read.

I was going to write a response to you question. But, if you are not going to take the time to properly compose a post, why should I take the time to answer it. The pic was just a way to bring it to your attention, nothing more nothing less.
